Founded in 1987 as Electronic Evidence Discovery, Daticon EED has been a trendsetter in directing eDiscovery technologies and methodologies for more than  20 years.  Daticon EED combines the expertise of a variety of practices — law, technology, process improvement and project coordination to form a new discipline that addressed the unique challenges of electronic discovery. With the acquisition of Daticon in 2007, the company became know as Daticon EED. Founder and current chairman of the board John Jessen hired a diverse team of technical and legal experts, including trial lawyers and software engineers, to create the first, and now largest, company in the industry.
